
Clarice Lee
Clarice is an imaginative thinker who finds joy in the creative process. With a curious mind, she loves thinking of new and innovative ways to deliver content that engages and inspires learners. Clarice is proficient in designing and developing a variety of learning activities and experiences, including print, e-learning, and in-class sessions. She has also collaborated with subject matter experts from various fields to produce high-quality content resources.
With experience in both educational publishing and the film and TV industry, Clarice served as an educational media producer and instructional designer at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) for eight years. In this role, she developed processes and requirements for producing learning resources, facilitating greater blended learning as SIT transitioned towards the competency-based education approach. Clarice has collaborated with subject matter experts, vendors, and colleagues to successfully conceptualise, develop, and produce various e-learning solutions, including interactive courseware, videos, animations, and graphics. She also participated in research projects aimed at developing innovative teaching and learning methods, such as the use of virtual reality (VR), lab simulations and the creation of gamified assessment approaches. Additionally, Clarice provided training for lecturers and students in the use of digital media and technical tools.
Prior to SIT, Clarice started out in educational publishing where she was involved in the development of content for textbook packages as well as multimedia resources. She then pivoted into the film and TV industry where she had the opportunity to work in the production teams of TV series, documentaries and short films.
